Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You will also need proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.
To initiate the return process, please email us at maca.and.coco@gmail.com notifying us of the return. Once approved, you will need to send the package to the address we will provide.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges
Items cannot be exchanged for other items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue the refund.
Maca & Coco is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur to the package when it is sent back by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package arrives in perfect condition.
